Amanda concentrates her practice on the leasing of office, retail and industrial properties. She also has extensive experience closing transactions for the purchase, sale and financing of commercial and residential properties. Amanda also regularly advises small businesses and non-profit organizations on various corporate and strategic matters.
Amanda has also served as Outside General Counsel and Finance Director of the Autism Women's Network (autismwomensnetwork.org), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides community, advocacy and resources for autistic women and girls.
Prior to joining the Holiday Law Firm P.C., Amanda was an associate with Dechert LLP in their Finance and Real Estate Group and with Posternak, Blankstein & Lund LLP.
