Professional Experience

Diana’s practice focuses on the representation of landlords and tenants in office and retail leasing.

Prior to joining the Holiday Law Firm, Diana was in private practice in the Boston office of Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP, where she was engaged in a broad transactional practice focused on leasing, development and financing of commercial real estate, including acquisition, ground lease and site development agreements for a national “big-box” retailer. Diana has also served as in-house counsel for a number of public companies, including Thermo Electron Corporation (now Thermo Fisher Scientific), The TJX Companies, Inc. and Terdayne, Inc., where she acted as primary legal contact for all real estate matters. Most recently, Diana was General Counsel of IneoQuest Technologies, Inc., where her responsibilities included domestic and international office leases, complex commercial contracts, technology licensing and transfer and joint ventures and other strategic relationships.
