Now located in Wellesley, Massachusetts, the Holiday Law Firm P.C. was founded by Michael Holiday, Esq. after serving more than seven years as in-house counsel for The TJX Companies, Inc. attending to commercial real estate and general corporate matters.  Over his tenure at TJX, Mike gained experience and in-depth knowledge of retail leasing and development on a nationwide and international level.  Prior to joining TJX, Mike was in private practice representing developers, lenders, owners and commercial landlords and tenants in matters encompassing all aspects of the purchase, sale, lease, financing, development and construction of commercial real estate. 

 

Since its founding in 1995, the Holiday Law Firm P.C. has grown to include Roseann Rokosz, formerly with Chico's FAS, Inc., Larry Scheyer, Anne Terhune, formerly with Bradlees, Inc. as General Counsel, Amy M. Brown and Amanda Gaul Worboys.
